Hello! Joanne Garrard-Barton, owner of (formerly) Designed Arts at Tutt Street Square, and Garrards of Kelowna at The Borgatta Lodge in Kelowna, has many years of experience as an artist, Home Decor/Accessories retailer and furnishing "Show Homes". Conversely, Ken Barton has retired after 38 years in commercial banking. Together, we have had the experience of building, furnishing, accessorizing and selling our own "Show Homes". Our clients have expressed pleasure with the high quality and uniqueness of product with which these homes have been furnished and accessorized. One thing led to another over the past year, the result of which is the opening of our web-based store JoGarrard.com Our web-store has the full catalogues of major importer/wholesale houses, including "Austin" of Texas, "Harrogate House" of England, "Artisano" of Calgary, and "Kranberry Lane" of Vancouver. In all, that is over three thousand products! As a result of our travels overseas, we also have some very unique blown glassware from Malta, New Zealand and Italy. We will be seeking out other unique Home Decor furnishings in the coming months when we visit Atlanta-USA, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, England, Italy and The Czech Republic.
