Help, I'm Shipping Shy!

In traditional retail stores, shipping costs are usually built into retail purchases so that shipping is included in the price. So, the customer never sees those costs,they are built into the stores' overhead. However because this is an online store not a traditional store front, we  deal with shipping in a different way, so that there is no misunderstanding of the charges on your invoice.

You should not have to pay  “set fees for shipping” if we can save you money because you are located close to the shipping area. We like to give you actual and accurate shipping fees and let you see the specific cost of your purchases. Shipping fees are not hidden here:

Here at JoGarrard.com we want to be completely transparent with you:  when you have seen and agree with the shipping costs, we will only then ask for your credit information.

We have products of all shapes, sizes, & weights, from pens to mirrors, & furniture. Combine that with 2 of these and 5 of those and one product coming from NewZealand to the US and another to be shipped within Canada.  We have pulled our hair out trying to find a simple answer to the question "how much is shipping?".

Now, we think we have a great solution.

Here is how it works.

1. Go ahead, place your order just click “‘add to cart” on the products that you like, select the quantity and either continue shopping or go   to the “check out”….your order will come to us.

2. We will go to work and calculate the exact shipping amounts for you.

3. We will send you an invoice, for you to approve the amount of your purchase plus the shipping charge which will be itemized for you.

4. When you have approved the amount invoiced, simply pay the invoice using your Credit card or Paypal account.  NOTE: You do not need a Paypal account to use Paypal’s secure Credit card processing site.

5. We will be notified of your payment

6. We will email you again to confirm receipt of payment and let you know that your order is on its way.
