Ordering and Shipping
Select an item and it will be entered into our shopping cart system. When you click on the "check out" button you will go to a secure server for processing your information and order.
After receiving your order we will contact you to confirm your full order cost and include the shipping amount. At this time you will have the opportunity to confirm or to cancel your order. Please note that there is a charge by the supplier for MINIMUM ORDERS UNDER $150.00 RETAIL. The drop ship charge is nominal, and will be calculated at the time of the order.
Once you have confirmed continuation of the order and you have authorized the total order amount, then at that point we would collect your credit card information, and verify your identity. Your payment would then be processed and your order shipped to you.

Return Policy
NO Return on "Sale" items
Our products are shipped in Mint condition directly from our supplier's warehouse.
Any returned product must be received back in Mint condition.
Should a package be delivered to you that before opening is obviously damaged, DO NOT ACCEPT IT, DO NOT OPEN IT, but have the delivery company return it to the warehouse supplier named on the package, with a notation "Package damaged prior to delivery".
Once you have accepted delivery of a package, it is imperative that you retain your packaging material, packing slip and the invoice to facilitate any product return, directly to our suppliers warehouse.
Before returning any item you MUST go on the JoGarrard website under "Contact Us", provide an explanation for the return, the invoice number and date, packing slip number and date, as well the date you will be shipping, through which Company and where from, as well receive from us a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to return the product. We MUST be notified by e-mail of any proposed returns within 7-days of receipt of your purchase and the product MUST be received back at the supplier's warehouse within 30-days of such notification, otherwise there will be no refund. NO RMA number, No RETURNS.
If the return is NOT due to an error on our part (i.e. you ordered the item and then decided later on that you don't want it) then you the purchaser accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs, PLUS a 25% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Any unauthorized returns will be subject to a 50% re-stocking fee.
Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment used to purchase the goods, approximately 7-business days after our warehouse shipper receives the item back and confirms to us it is still in Mint condition, or that an extenuating circumstance has occurred. Please note that due to periodic statutory holidays it may take up to 14 business days for a credit to be issued.
We desire that our products meet or exceed your expectations and that our business with you and our suppliers is fair to all concerned. We further hope to have earned your trust for future business and will be blessed with referrals to your friends.
